External Perimeter Checks
Includes, but not limited to:

Examine property for broken windows, forced entry or vandalism

Check screens or porch enclosures for signs of damage

Remove newspapers, flyers, packages and debris from front walkway and/or patio and sweep if necessary

Check breaker panel
-
Check for visual pest infestations

Check property for erosion or drainage problems

Check for damage caused by fallen trees or limbs

Check if landscape maintenance has been performed
-
Check property to ensure all yard access is secure

Check outdoor faucets for leakage or covered in cold weather
Internal Checks
Includes, but not limited to:

Check thermostat for proper settings and operation: record current temperature and settings

Examine all doors, windows and sliders to ensure they are locked and secure

Check that refrigerators and freezers are functioning properly and food has not spoiled

Operate a rinse cycle on the Dishwasher

Operate a rinse cycle on the Washing Machine

Operate the Garbage Disposal and flush with water

Check phone for dial tone and messages, if applicable

Operate all faucets and flush toilets

Visual check for leaks or stains around windows, ceilings, walks, water heaters, under sinks, around toilets

Check garage door working properly

Investigate any noises, alarms, beeps or odors

Ensure lights and fans are opperational

Bulbs on timer lights are checked to insure they are not burned out

Remove garbage mistakenly left by homeowner

Check for visual pest infestations

The reports we send you are all professionally produced by us, using software that captures the location and the time and date that corresponds to the report’s creation. You have infallible evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or other need.
